How does the application process usually work?

Have you found an interesting job posting on the Career Cockpit of Lufthansa Group or on another job portal? If so, don’t hesitate to hand in your application (motivation letter, CV and further references) via the “apply” button.

As an initial step our Talent Acquisition Team assesses all applications received based on the job profile. If your profile matches the specified requirements, we will schedule an approximately 60-minute Skype or phone interview to gain a first impression of you and your professional knowledge.

If you convinced our hiring manager and you are also still interested in the position we will invite you to an “On-Site Day” at time:matters which will last approximately 4 hours. There you will meet your prospective hiring manager as well as the respective team.

The last step of the process is an assessment center (computer test and a psychological screening). Afterwards you will receive feedback within a few days from your Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Career Cockpit offers you the opportunity to apply for several positions. In order to submit your applications, please click on “apply” button for each job posting that you find interesting. You only have to enter your data once.
That is not necessary. We assess your application according to your qualifications and not whether it has been addressed to the right contact person.
As soon as we receive your application you will be notified via an automated confirmation of receipt.
We will process your application as soon as possible and keep you informed on the respective status.
Please make sure to not exceed the maximum size of 10 MB.
Your data will be saved for 6 months after you agree to our terms & conditions.
In our core business, the operational logistics management, we train people as Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Agents. In addition, we offer an apprenticeship as an office administrator. If we are looking for trainees we will publish relevant job postings on the Career Cockpit of Lufthansa Group as well as on other job portals. Start of the apprenticeship is 1st of August. You can find respective requirements for our apprenticeships at time:matters on our job postings.
In general, we offer internships for matriculated students during a period of 5 to 6 months.
