You can find your customer number in the email you received from us after successful registration.
After a booking, you will receive an order confirmation from time:matters by email. The order number is in the subject of the email as well as in the attached PDF, the “Order Confirmation”.
Please check the data you have entered. You can also track your shipments directly via online.time-matters.com.
You can create a time:matters customer account at registration.time-matters.com. This will save you valuable time when you need to send an urgent shipment.
