The main organizer of the event is the World Marrow Donor Association, an association of various organizations with around 39 million stem cell donors from 55 countries worldwide. This year’s celebrations on September 18th will again be purely digital – a 24-hour live stream is planned, which will be broadcast on YouTube. Donors and patients across all continents have produced special videos prior to the event.
