Neu-Isenburg, 26 November 2015: time:matters, the expert for global Special Speed Logistics, continues to expand its Sameday Air network even further. From now on a new major export station is available for the transport of highly urgent and complex shipments: the Turkish metropolis of Istanbul (IST).

The direct integration of a national carrier in the time:matters Sameday Air network is an important milestone for the expansion of the existing route network. The opening of the Istanbul station for export shipments means that 13 European stations such as Madrid or Milan can be served by direct flights ex Istanbul. Further connections are available via Frankfurt and Munich. This means over 230 direct flights from Istanbul a week. On request, shipments can also be picked up and delivered including customs clearance. Customers can simply make booking requests online on the time:matters bookings portal. Sameday shipments to Istanbul are available on request.

“Our aim is to grow with our customers. The trade hub on the Bosporus and the strong local presence of the automotive industry play a major role in this context,” says Franz-Joseph Miller, Managing Director of time:matters GmbH and adds: “We want to offer our customers the most comprehensive network coverage possible and the best service at all times. This translates into shorter transport times and increased flexibility for our customers and their highly urgent consignments“

Istanbul is the 105th international Sameday Air station of time:matters GmbH.
