We know how important it is to have clear and accessible tracking information, especially for urgent deliveries.

You want to easily monitor every stage of your shipment and see its progress. Logging into your time:matters account and with just your order number, you can access all the tracking data you need – from when the shipment is requested to pick-up and arrival.

Our tracking system gives you detailed information about the transportation process, including flight details, departures and arrivals, courier trips and addresses, so you always know where your urgent shipment is.

Where can I find my customer number?

Your customer number can be found in the email you received from us after successfully registering.

Where can I find my order number / reference number?

Once you have booked a shipment with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. The order number is in the subject line of the email and in the attached PDF, “Order Confirmation”. Your reference number will also be included as specified during the order process.

Why can’t I see my tracking information?

You can track your shipments directly on our online booking platform. Just enter the order number and click “Search”. If the order number is incorrect, you will see the error message “Please enter a valid order number.” Please remember that logged-in users have access to more detailed tracking information and can also search by reference number.

How can I sign up to become a customer?

Whether you are a company or an individual, you can enjoy the benefits of having an account with us.

A time:matters account saves you time when sending urgent shipments. Logged-in users can access all their orders, check shipment status, and enjoy more detailed tracking. As a registered user, you can also save time by placing repeat orders.

There are two ways for companies and individuals to become time:matters customers:

  1. Register via our registration page.
  2. After the checkout process, you have the option to register.
Can I book without registering?

Our booking platform allows you to easily find air, rail, and road transportation options that suit your needs.

Booking a shipment is simple and can be done without the need to log in or create an account. Please keep in mind that if you choose to book as a guest, payment must be made in advance via PayPal or credit card, and detailed tracking is only accessible to registered customers.

Customers who have not registered can create an account after completing the checkout process or by visiting our registration page.
