The Courier Terminal (tmCT) at Shanghai Pudong Airport significantly boosts speed, efficiency and control over time-critical shipments.
Direct apron access and physical monitoring of shipments until loading or departure ensure maximum security, control and quality of the service. A hub monitoring system allows real-time tracking and proactive customer notifications in case of irregularities. Handling times will be reduced to 120 minutes (export) and 150 minutes (import).
The terminal operates 24/7 on 365 days a year.
time:matters offers a designated dock, an X-ray system, and a dedicated counter for export and import documents. A fast lane for truck access further speeds up drop-off and pick-up of shipments.
