Leading German business magazine Wirtschaftswoche took a close look at service quality in the mid-sized sector with its “Best Medium-Sized Service Providers” study in its 13/01/2017 edition. Together with the Service Value market research institute, it carried out a scientific study of customer satisfaction, focus on SMEs and image among a total of 236 providers from 25 industries in Germany. time:matters was named Best Medium-Sized Service Provider in the courier services category, with a value of 76.31.
“According to Wirtschaftswoche, the companies surveyed particularly value service providers who make their day-to-day business easier.
