Highly urgent spare parts, medical samples, hazardous goods and important documents are transported quickly and reliably from A to B by air, rail and road, also personally accompanied by an on board courier if requested. A global network of over 500 courier partners and airlines forms the basis for this. In principle, time:matters can use any available airline and thus utilize a comprehensive route network. In addition to speed and reliability, an individual and flexible service is a top priority. time:matters is available around the clock, 365 days a year, to design tailored, customer-specific logistics concepts – from ad hoc cases to regular business. time:matters has been awarded the ISO 14001:2015 environmental certificate and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The company employs more than 330 people and also operates its own terminals for express and courier shipments at Frankfurt and Munich airports.
