Your job with us
You attend strategic planning and MT meetings, i.e. support and translate strategic guidelines into customer service plans and budgets in order to reach clear qualitative and financial targets as well as activity planning.
You contribute to the creation of the annual customer service budget and monitor and manage these cost on a monthly bases, keeping in mind the quality standards and a cost efficient organization within customer service.
You develop or improve (new) work methods, processes and procedures in order to develop a pro-active and competitive customer service department which is focused on people, quality, growth and customer satisfaction
You set up and control of quality parameters in order to ensure continuous improvements of our customer service
You guide and monitor individual employees from our customer service
Your ideal set of skills
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
Profound knowledge of customer service processes and requirements
Very good commercial skills and service orientation
Thorough people and people management skills
You are stress resistant and a team player
You have leadership skills and are a good communicator
You are multi-lingual (Dutch, English and French)
