The InteraDent Zahntechnik AG is one of the biggest dental laboratories in Europe. The group supplies over 1,000 dentists all over Germany and has part of its annual production of 60,000 dental prosthesis orders produced in Manila/Philippines. Since the appointments with the dentists are extremely tight, most of the time there are merely 7 to 10 days between the pickup of the imprint and delivery of the finished dental prostheses, whereby 4 days are needed just for the production. In order to keep to these appointments, InteraDent trusts in the customized transport solutions of time:matters.
In collaboration with InteraDent, time:matters has developed a transport concept, that is geared towards the individual requirements of the dental laboratory. The tight time frame requires perfectly coordinated partial steps and therefore the control of the whole process from one reliable source is needed. In addition to this, a time:matters employee personally takes care of the smooth processing on location. The loading priority and the resulting transport security for the shipments play a decisive role, ensuring that InteraDent AG processes the models on time in Manila and can later deliver the dental prosthesis to the dentist on time as well.
