2 – Pick up
The time:matters courier picks up your shipment at your premises or you can bring it to one of our time:matters service counters located at a nearby train station or airport.

3 – Transportation
Your shipment is transported via our dense air-rail-road network quickly and directly. Pick up/drop off and delivery/pick up times are arranged individually. The transport is thereby constantly monitored and you are informed about the current status of the shipment as needed.

At the destination, a time:matters courier takes over and delivers your shipment directly to the recipient. The shipment can also be deposited and collected at the time:matters service counter (train station or airport).
