The shipper confirms with his signature that the consignments that he delivers for dispatch were packed in secure premises and reliable personnel prepared the consignments. Moreover, the shipments are secured from unauthorized persons during the preparation, storing and distributon. Furthermore, the shipper declares that he will transfer a complete and true summary of the shipment contents using international accepted forms and descriptions. The known shipper commits himself to allow the responsible National Aviation Authority or the Regulated Agent (Reglementierter Beauftragter) access to his premises. In case of a commissioning of a subcontractor the known shipper assures the compliance with security requirements.
