In the unlikely event that irregularities occur, we immediately inform the customer so that we can agree upon the necessary measures to be taken.

By special request of the customer, the consignment is accompanied by a time:matters employee throughout the entire transit process.

Our promise to deliver on time or refund your money. In other words, if your same-day consignment is not ready for collection or delivered within 3 hours of the agreed time of availability (TOA), we will refund up to 100% of your transport costs.
