time:matters is the expert for courier, sameday and emergency logistics. The company offers customized logistics solutions for “impossible” and complex logistics challenges.

The customer describes a problem; time:matters combines all of the elements required for the solution and makes sure that the procedure is carried out smoothly. The basis for this service is quick and reliable transportation of extremely urgent and important shipments by air, rail, and road.

In addition to ad-hoc inquiries, logistics service providers can also expand their own portfolio by offering services of time:matters, ranging from a single order to the complete outsourcing of emergency and special logistics to time:matters.

Emergency and special logistics, i.e., individualized and flexible logistics solutions according to the respective customer needs: The emphasis lies on the solution of the problem; time:matters obtains the required logistics services from its own product portfolio or adds services of its long lasting partners depending on each individual case.

Transport Network
time:matters-shipments have access to a tight, international network of exclusive transportation partners. More than 15 airlines and over 300 other logistics partners are part of this network. (e.g Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, bmi, Jetpak, Deutsche Bahn, Star-Alliance-Partners).

Worldwide, some 400 destinations in 90 countries are offered, with more than 900 continental and 100 intercontinental connections daily. At Frankfurt Airport time:matters operates its own courier terminal for express and courier shipments.

time:matters has more than 125 service stations worldwide.
In 2006 time:matters opened its first foreign branch office in Zurich (Switzerland) as a first step towards the extensive internationalization of its business model.
In June 2007 the second branch office was added in Vienna (Austria).
