This is how your sameday-shipment reaches its destination:

1 – Order received
Via the toll-free service hotline +49 (0) 800 – 117 117 7, you can contact time:matters round the clock and explain your urgent transport problem to your personal contact person.

2 – Pick up
The time:matters courier picks up your shipment at your premises or you can bring  it to one of our time:matters service counters located at a nearby train station or airport.
 All over Germany from a minimum of 2 hours, all over Europe from  a minimum of 3 hours

3 – Transportation
Your shipment is transported via our Europe-wide,  dense air – rail – road network quickly and directly. Pick up/ drop off and delivery/pick up times are arranged individually.

4 – At the destination right on time
At the destination, a time:matters courier takes over and delivers your shipment directly to the recipient. The shipment can also be deposited and collected at the time:matters service counter ( train station or airport).
