How should I submit the consignments to time:matters? [2]

Consignments should be packed ready for dispatch either individually or consolidated and submitted to the time:matters service point. If you have selected the from-door option, the ready-for-dispatch consignments must be held available for pick-up.

Do you require advance notification of the consignment? [4]

Consignments of up to 100 kg to destinations within our regular network can be handed in at the service point without advance notification. (Exception: advance notification is required for consignments to the USA, due to security requirements). Advance notification is also required for large consignments and consignments to destinations outside our regular network.

How do we ensure your goods are sent as courier consignments? [9]

All courier consignments are placed in special courier sacks, bags and/or have color-coded courier consignment tags affixed to them. They are also loaded separately. This ensures that they receive preferential treatment and are not loaded together with passenger luggage and freight.

We offer the latest possible acceptance times to our service points, special notification of every consignment to all persons involved in the process, top-speed transit times and, if appropriate, fast-track import customs clearance by declaring the consignment as a courier consignment.
