In the past 12 months some of our suppliers and partners raised their rates up to 25%. We have been able to keep our prices unchanged for more than two years – even though time:matters, like all other logistics services providers worldwide, was caught up in the financial and economic crisis.
In future, in order to be able to provide the level of service you expect of us, we will adjust the pricing for our sameday services effective as of 1st July 2010, respectively for our premium customers as of 1st October and 1st January 2011.
