You can send your application by E-Mail (max. 3 MB) to your.career@time-matters.com or you can also send it to us by mail. We do however prefer the digital alternative, since it enables the application to be processed more quickly.
Received applications are screened in the Human Resources Department and then passed on to the respective departments. These in turn decide whether or not your profile matches the position to be filled and whether or not you will be invited to a job interview.
If your profile matches the position to be filled, the normal procedure is to do a telephone call in order to get to know you, clear up first queries and also to decide whether you will be invited to an individual interview in the speciality department or not.
Our decision will also be based on up to 2 or 3 rounds of interviews and the results of a standardized pre-employment examination (PC test and psychological dialog). “Membership is a privilege” - those who want to work at time:matters, must want to achieve something, bring the appropriate skills with them, and fit into both the team and our culture of speed. Generally speaking: the more relevant information that we have about you as a person, the better the chance that we can really develop an understanding of who you are.
A cover letter should be included with your documents. In this letter you should introduce yourself and explain to us just why you are precisely the right person for the available position and why exactly you would like to have it. If it is an unsolicited application we must of course know exactly which position you are interested in. Naturally if you are applying for a job that has been advertised, you must not specify the position that you are applying for in the cover letter.
Furthermore we ask you to provide us with a curriculum vitae in the form of a table, which lists the most important academic, professional and personal steps of your life. Credentials, supporting documents and if applicable letters of recommendation from past employers and jobs – insofar as they are already available – round off a complete application.

It is however important to make sure that your application is compelling and that it provides us with a good understanding of who you are. There may not immediately be a suitable position open at that time, but something may come up at some point in the future. If this is the case, we will contact you.
We offer internships that last 5 to 6 months, in some exceptional cases also 4 months. The longer an internship is, the more profitable it is for the intern, who must learn a great deal in the beginning. Thus, interns have the opportunity to do small or even mid-sized projects on their own.
Interns are not always active in our foreign branch offices in Austria, Poland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Singapore, Switzerland, Scandinavia or Italy. Therefore, if you are interested, consult the homepage or contact us in Neu-Isenburg (your.career@time-matters.com or 06102/36738-804).
